Where do you source your item and is it authentic?
All of our products are sourced and curated from licensed second-hand luxury companies. These items have been authenticated by the companies' in-house authentication expert team. Once we receive the items, we get them authenticated again through Zeko's Authentication (for Chanel) and Authentic Detective (for all other brands) which are both trusted authentication services for luxury bags.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States. We also offer free shipping on all items.
How long will it take to get my order?
Once we receive your order, please allow us 2-3 business days to process and prepare the order for shipping. You'll receive a shipping email notification after we ship your item. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days (shipping might take longer during the holidays).
Can I cancel, exchange, or return my order?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Please keep in mind that these items are second-hand or preloved, which means they will always show signs of normal wear like scratches or stains.
